Welcome to Boreal Gardens

Nestled within the boreal forest, Boreal Gardens is more than just an experimental permaculture farm—it is a sanctuary for art, culture, sustainable food systems, and Indigenous knowledge.

Guided by sacred geometric design principles, we are cultivating a self-sustaining food forest that integrates with the natural environment.

Growing beyond just food, Boreal Gardens is emerging as a premier destination for travelers passionate about Indigenous arts, music, local goods and value added products.

The Bee & Flower

The symbol of a bee pollinating a flower represents reciprocity, sustainability, and interconnectedness. It symbolizes the harmony between giver and receiver: the bee gains nourishment, while the flower brings beauty and joy.

From a Indigenous perspective, this imagery can also be extended to the idea of cultural pollination where ideas, traditions, and growing food blend to create new, thriving ecosystems of knowledge.
